The item will be casted in solid 925 Sterling Silver
After we receive your .STL or .OBJ file, we will review the contents to ensure we can add effective sprues within our software and 3D printing pipeline. Next, we will assess the file to ensure that the subdivision and polygon count is efficient for a clean and smooth cast. If not, we will modify the subdivision levels, but do not worry this will have no material bearing on your model dimensions or features.
We will then 3D print, UV cure and clean the model, and professionally air-clean the excess resin and use an alcohol bathing solution to remove any excess areas.
Finally, using state of the art investment casting solutions, we will then cast your model in the desired precious metal, with a clean and ultra-efficient burnout, maximising product quality.
Lastly, we will de-sprue your model for you, ensure it is properly sanded and smoothed, before polishing based on your desired polishing requisite.
Your item will then be shipped to you accordingly.

We will review the model after payment within 45 minutes. In 99% of cases, the model is fine. If there is any issues we see around subdivision / polygon levels and or model complexity, we will advise you on the options of how you could proceed.
Where the model is fine and is received before the Friday of that week or sooner, we will cast as soon as possible once we have a certain number of items ready for the foundry.
3D printing operates around the clock with our printers, as does the post UV-curing and resin alcohol bath.
The burnout cycles for our kiln takes roughly 11 - 12 hours.
From point of payment to delivery of the product, it could take anywhere between 72 hours to three days, but if the order is particularly urgent, please email or live chat us to discuss and we can expedite for a small fee.

Yes. All files we receive and processed in accordance with the Data Protection laws in the UK, and therefore we would never steal or infringe someone else's IP. Furthermore, all works of 3D modelling artistry are automatically and naturally protected by conferring rights stemming from copyright.
All files are automatically and permanently deleted from our system after 7 days from the successful delivery, unless requested otherwise. Please see our data and privacy policy.
